What maintenance does my Chief Steamer require?

While minimal, it’s crucial to:

  1. Use tap water instead of distilled water.
  2. Drain the boiler every 2 weeks to remove calcium buildup.
  3. Clean the boiler once every couple of months using a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water.  DO NOT EXCEED 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water!!!  More vinegar DOES NOT mean you will clean the boiler more.
