Attention Canadian and non-US customers:
Please be advised that our policy on warranty repairs for machines that are out of the country is that the customer needs an ability to perform repairs. Since most machines will be far away and expensive to ship, we require the customer to be able to handle repairs. Customers that cannot, or are not willing to repair the machine (with our help of course) are then required to ship the machine back to New Jersey (at the customer’s expense) for repairs. We make NO exceptions. We DO NOT pay for machines to be returned to us for returns or repairs under ANY circumstance. If under warranty, we ship it back at our expense
Warranty parts needed, and/or accessories ordered, will be shipped by ground ONLY. This policy is no different than our policy for US customers. The complete shipping and return policy can be seen on the site.
